Shipping and Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver products within the estimated delivery times. However, delivery times are not guaranteed and we are not liable for any delays. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns of unused and unopened products within 15 days of the delivery date for a full refund, excluding shipping charges. To initiate a return, please contact our consumer advisors. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 business days of receiving the returned product.
